Ordering
If you want to make a change on your order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. In most cases, we are able to update the order if you reach out before your order has been shipped.
You are able to cancel your own order if you get in touch with our customer care team as soon as possible after placing your order.
If you want to cancel your order after 30 minutes, please get in touch with our customer care team as soon as possible. We are able to cancel your order if we are able to handle your case before it has been shipped. Our team is avaliable from, Monday - Friday, 9 am to 4 pm (CET).
You’ll receive an order confirmation on your email right after payment. Furthermore you’ll receive an email when the order is completed and handed over to the carrier service. Now your parcel is on its way.

Payments
We offer various payment options depending on which country you are checking out from. Mastercard, VISA, and Dankort are among the most common cards we are offering for payment.
Klarna payment is available for selected countries.
For Danish orders, MobilePay is available.
Our card transactions are 100% 3D secured.
Our discounts and discount codes are not valid on discounted products, bundles, limited collections and collaborations.
Delivery
Parcels shipped within Denmark will normally take 1-2 working days to deliver. Parcels shipped to countries within the EU normally take around 2-4 working days. International orders going overseas will normally take 3-5 working days.
You will receive a tracking link when your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse. The link will automatically be sent as a confirmation email. If you haven’t received this email, be sure to check your spam inbox or please get in touch with our customer care team by email: support@gripgrab.com
If you have entered an incorrect address on your order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. In most cases, we are able to update the address if you reach out before your order has been shipped.
If you place your order before 2 PM on weekdays, we will in most cases ship it the same day. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping
We offer free shipping options to all orders over 50€.
Orders delivered to parcel shops cannot be redirected to other locations. It is the recipient's own responsibility to pick up the parcel or arrange a return if needed.

Orders to Switzerland will have a 10 CHF shipping fee. All shipments into Switzerland does not include VAT or Duty, it will be charged by shipping company.
Orders to Norway will have to pay between 81-115 NOK in shipping fee. All shipments into Norway include VAT in the final price at checkout. Duty is not included and will be charged by shipping company.
Orders to the UK will always have a €10 shipping fee.

We currently ship to a selected list of countries. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer delivery to some destinations — including the USA — because shipping costs and/or import tariffs would make orders unreasonably expensive.

The price of the goods or services you order is the price that is posted on gripgrab.com at the time you place your order.

Exchanges & Refunds
A direct exchange is not possible. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the correct item. The purchase price for the returned item will be refunded using the same payment method as used for the order.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new and in the original packaging. All returns must be sent back to GripGrab within one month of the refund or exchange request being made. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items which are not in saleable condition.
We do our best to refund the money to your account as fast as possible. Normally the money will be available in your bank account within one week up to 10 working days after we have received your returned item.

Returns are only accepted online for items purchased directly from GripGrab.com. If you have purchased from a third-party retailer, you should return the products directly to the location where they were purchased.
Bundle discounts only apply when all items in the bundle are kept.
If you return part of the bundle, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the regular price of the item(s) you kept.
Example:
You buy the RIDE Jersey + Bib Shorts Bundle with 10% off each item:
- Jersey: 80 € → 72 € (10% discount)
- Bib Shorts: 100 € → 90 € (10% discount)
If you return the Bib Shorts, we’ll refund 82 € instead of 90 €, because the discount on the jersey no longer applies.
This ensures bundle pricing is fair when only part of the offer is kept.
Warranty & Claims
All GripGrab products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee under Danish and EU law.
- Manufacturing defects.
- Faults that appear during normal use.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or modifications.

Sizing
On all our products, we introduce a size chart that helps you select the right size. Additionally, in most cases, we have attached a full size model images with the model's measurements and size. Hopefully, this can help to give you an idea about what size is right for you.

We recommend trying your new cycling apparel on the bike while wearing your full cycling kit. Since our clothing is designed to be worn in a riding position, it may feel slightly different when standing upright off the bike.

General questions
We are covered by the (upcoming) Danish ban on PFAS in clothing, shoes, and impregnation agents, which means that we are not allowed to sell clothing or shoes containing PFAS from July 1st 2026. You can rest assured, though, because we have been phasing out PFAS for a few years now and do not use it knowingly. For example, we use a PFC-free (C0) DWR treatment to make our products water-repellent. PFC is a group of chemicals that include PFAS, PFOS, and PFOAs.
However, PFAS are very widespread in the environment, so completely avoiding them can be a challenge for all manufacturers. In rare cases, tiny traces of PFAS can therefore be measured, but they do not originate from deliberate use - we do not add PFAS and are actively working with our suppliers to eliminate even these traces.
We do everything we can to ensure that you as a customer feel safe with our products, and we closely follow the latest knowledge and regulations in the field. If you have any more questions, we are always ready to help you.
