All GripGrab products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee under Danish and EU law.

- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or modifications.

- Depending on the case, we may ask you to return the product for inspection, or resolve the claim based on your documentation.
- If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Return shipping
Warranty claims are always free: we cover shipping costs when a return is required.
Processing time
We aim to resolve claims within 14 days from when you first contact us. You’ll receive updates at each step.
