What’s covered

All GripGrab products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee under Danish and EU law.

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Faults that appear during normal use.

What’s not covered

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or modifications.

How to make a claim

  2. Our team will review your claim within 2 business days
  3. Depending on the case, we may ask you to return the product for inspection, or resolve the claim based on your documentation.
  4. If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Return shipping

Warranty claims are always free: we cover shipping costs when a return is required.

Processing time

We aim to resolve claims within 14 days from when you first contact us. You’ll receive updates at each step.
