How to issue a return

Sometimes things don’t work out as expected. Fit, feel, or function. It happens. If it’s not right, you are welcome to return it. We’re here if you need advice on what to exchange it for. We’ll do our best to help you find the right fit for your ride. 

Please read below to understand what applies to returns and exchanges. 

Returns

  • Login to the return portal
    Use your order number and email to login. (e.g. "#27000" for order numbers)
  • Select the item you wish to return
    Choose the cause of return & refund method.
  • Print your return label
  • Keep receipt of return shipment
    Please make sure to keep receipt of the return shipment until the order is received and refunded, as the risk of the product during the return lies with you.

Customers from non-EU countries require additional paperwork. If you wish to make a return from outside the EU, please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number, and we will take it from there!

GripGrab offer free 30 days returns.

The exchange and return policy are up to the individual retailer. We do not handle returns of products purchased from one of our retailers.

Bundle discounts only apply when all items in the bundle are kept.
If you return part of the bundle, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the regular price of the item(s) you kept.

Example:

You buy the RIDE Jersey + Bib Shorts Bundle with 10% off each item:

  • Jersey: 80 € → 72 € (10% discount)
  • Bib Shorts: 100 € → 90 € (10% discount)

If you return the Bib Shorts, we’ll refund 82 € instead of 90 €, because the discount on the jersey no longer applies.

This ensures bundle pricing is fair when only part of the offer is kept.

The refund for items bought with a giftcard will go back to the giftcard, which will be active for use again.

To return a gift you will need the original order number (e.g. "#27000") and email from the person who has placed the order.

Exchanges

A direct exchange is not possible. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the correct item. The purchase price for the returned item will be refunded using the same payment method as used for the order.

Refund

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return any products. Items must be unworn, clean, have tags, and be in original packaging.

We do our best to refund the money to your account as fast as possible. Normally the money will be available in your bank account within one week up to 10 working days after we have received your returned item.

Warranty & Claims

If your product develops a defect due to materials or workmanship, we will repair it, replace it, or refund you at no cost to you.

What’s covered

All GripGrab products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee under Danish and EU law.

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Faults that appear during normal use.

What’s not covered

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or modifications.
